Hall and Butterfield Family Dentistry files all types of insurance as a courtesy to our patients. We are not a participating provider with insurance. If your coverage allows for out of network providers, then you will receive reimbursement from your insurance based on your policy. We expect full payment at your first appointment. After that, we collect the copay estimate only, with the remainder due after your insurance has paid their portion.
